What if healing was the path back to yourself?
I'm Natalia, an Integrative Psychologist specializing in Trauma Reprocessing. As a therapist, I see the healing process as a path back to our essence. I don't believe in endless therapy, or in spending all day talking about the past. We heal in order to live. To reconnect with our inner compass, find inner coherence, and build a meaningful life.
I integrate different approaches depending on what each process needs: mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), sound therapy, body-based work, and a relational approach. Because trauma doesn't live only in the mind — it lives in the body, in our relationships, in the way we relate to ourselves and to others.
My way of working follows three phases:
1. Assessment and safety
We build the foundations: inner resources, stability, and a safe space from which to explore.
2. Intervention and inner exploration
We enter the inner world to release somatic memories — what the body held onto that the mind couldn't always name.
3. Integration and meaning
We bring what we've worked on into everyday life: new ways of relating to yourself and to others, and a life oriented toward what truly gives you meaning.
This work is, above all, a relational process: the therapeutic bond as a safe space where you can explore, feel, and rewrite your story.
Beyond my clinical practice, I'm part of echo-echo, a collective creating immersive sound experiences — from breathwork and sound sessions at Casa Batlló to festivals in nature across Europe. Our goal is the same: to offer spaces of connection for exploring our inner world, this time through sound and collective experience.
